What to include

  • Subject line that states the issue (billing, EA offline, signals not firing, etc.).
  • Your login email (never send passwords).
  • Approximate time (with timezone) when something went wrong.
  • Broker / MT5 server name and symbol if the issue is execution-related.
  • Screenshots of the dashboard or terminal if they help explain the problem.

Response time

We aim to reply within a few business days. Volume and complexity vary—urgent billing or access issues are prioritized when possible.
